Dr. Tyrone Hayes, Winner of the Center's 2013 E.O. Wilson Award
The Center for Biological Diversity's second annual E.O. Wilson Award -- bestowed upon scientists for outstanding contributions to conservation -- went to Tyrone Hayes, a biology professor at the University of California, Berkeley. Hayes accepted the award in San Francisco on Dec. 12, 2013.
