Central Valley Development Proposal Under Fire

Environmentalists and developers in Kern County are squaring off over a massive development proposal. The battle centers on the Tejon Ranch, off Interstate 5 between Los Angeles and Bakersfield. It's the largest single piece of privately held land in the state.
